Scattered is a new platform enabling people to experience art in striking and unexpected locations. Disregarding pretension and staid clichés of how, when and where art should be enjoyed, Scattered sees art as accessible, emergent and dynamic.

An accidental glimpse, a secret conversation, a sporadic experience.

Shhhhh, no one’s going to be looking…

Whatever happened to Polenta Sheath?

Whatever happened to Polenta Sheath?

Polenta Sheath. You know, the greatest rock band that never lived. They had the class-act line up, the concept album and the witty track list. They even had the guerilla marketing campaign all figured out - it involved Glastonbury, drunken middle-aged antics and novelty polenta-based merchandise (nutricious and malleable) – and yet to no avail. The plan was there but it was only a plan.

So, it’s a good job that at Scattered, we’re focused, driven and not side-tracked by talk of cornmeal-related food stuffs. We’re thinking of locations, we’re planning promotion and we’re discussing the type of artwork we (and we think others) would love to see. It’s all go at Scattered HQ…
