Scattered is a new platform enabling people to experience art in striking and unexpected locations. Disregarding pretension and staid clichés of how, when and where art should be enjoyed, Scattered sees art as accessible, emergent and dynamic.

An accidental glimpse, a secret conversation, a sporadic experience.

Shhhhh, no one’s going to be looking…

Summer Lovin'

A huge thank you to everyone who made Scattered 2 (a little like 'Home Alone 2' but without the would-be robbers and Macaulay Culkin) a success. The heavens in all their sunshine-laden glory were against us but the true and committed (some still with sand on their toes from a Sunday morning sea dip) were there to bathe in the rays of truly brilliant art.

A grateful shout out to all at Vanilla in Truro - thanks for a great venue and for all your support. Some at Scattered are still reeling from seeing Vanilla without their obligatory sambuca goggles on but that's the joy of Scattered - a different experience is guaranteed every time.

And so, what awaits us next time? Well, summer is most definitely in the air and Scattered has an appetite to satisfy. The solution? Only a god damn, arty farty, let's all sit in the sunshine and make new friends while talking about art and sh*t picnic! Yes, for one month only and in homage to the sun god that will guarantee that we all look healthy and radiant by the end of August, Scattered will be veering away from our much-loved exhibition format and hosting an informal meet and critique, sit and chit (chat) and nibble and squibble (interpret as you will) picnic in the first week of August.

Who needs sambuca goggles when you're having fun in the sun?!

More details to follow...
